Gurnard is such a pretty place. The children loved skimming stones on the beach here, then a long play in the lovely park (which is enclosed) and then we finished off with a hot chocolate and a slice of cake at the Watersedge Beach Cafe. Perfect!

Nice cosy pub
Popped in for a drink early evening. Cosy, traditional pub with a nice atmosphere. Not sure if they serve food as didn’t see any sign of any whilst there.
A large area of woodland maintained by the Forestry Commission. There's miles of woodland walks suitable for both walkers and mountain bikers. The red squirrel hide is a great place to spot wildlife from.
