Swn y Morloi Cottage (Sound of the Seals) is a heavenly little gem, sleeping two and sitting on the clifftops at Strumble Head enjoying mesmerising sea and coastal views stretching across to St David's Head and on a clear day to the mountains of Wicklow in Ireland. From the enchanting all-weather garden cabin take in the magnificent sunsets, listen to the crashing waves and the sound of the seals on the cliffs below. Discover craggy coves, endless golden sandy beaches and pretty seaside villages, explore the nearby coastal path or pack a picnic and spend a sunny day on Abermawr or Aberbach beaches. A heavenly holiday waits.

The open plan sitting/dining-room sets the scene. You're met by delightful tradition married with contemporary comforts, a captivating wealth of wonderful character features including ceiling beams, slate floors, whitewashed stone walls and a wood-burner, which promises to soothe the soul. Unwind in the warm embrace of this hushed abode, relaxing in this wonderful Welsh retreat away from it all. In the glow of the wood-burner plan your excursions, maybe a dolphin spotting boat trip from New Quay or exploring the nearby coastal path. Choose a film after a day in the sun or a blustery beach walk and spend glorious time out together.

From the sitting/dining-room move through into the well-equipped kitchen, which has a slate floor. Rustle up tasty holiday fayre on the induction hob and enjoy leisurely holiday meals. There's also a useful washing machine and tumble-drier. Take a sunny breakfast on the secluded patio outside the kitchen.

A hushed nights sleep is promised in the gorgeous, first floor, cottage bedroom and after a day on the beach enjoy a warm shower in the ground floor shower-room.

Swn y Morloi Cottage is one of three properties located on the farm. The other two are Tal y Gaer (5656) and Ty Blawd (5658). Each cottage has been built with complete regard for privacy and although on a beef farm you really would not be aware of this.

A real joy is the magical all-weather cabin, the perfect spot to gaze across the sea and to enjoy spectacular sunsets and star gazing. Garn Fawr Rock, opposite the cottage, is a Dark Sky Discovery Site. In the springtime the rock and surrounding cliffs are a blanket of wildflowers where choughs and peregrines are seen.

Throw open the patio-style doors on to the patio-area outside the cabin and take in this glorious, spellbinding corner of Pembrokeshire.

Nearby Goodwick has a sandy beach, supermarket, pubs, fish and chip shop and a great walk along the breakwater. Quite often seals and dolphins can be seen swimming in the harbour. Up the hill from Goodwick is the historic town of Fishguard. Stroll through the town browsing the shops, galleries and heritage museum. The town hosts international music festivals throughout the year. The JT Abergwaun Hotel is a treat for dinner. Lower Fishguard has a pretty quay to wander along with a cafe at the end. A little further north are the beaches of Pwllgwaelod and Cwm yr Eglwys. Newport is arguably the gourmet capital of Pembrokeshire with many good eateries, a Parrog and sandy beach.

Treat yourself and your loved one to an unforgettable stay in Swn y Morloi Cottage. Throughout the year, a happy holiday is promised in this darling little cottage.
