Super-kingA Visit Wales 5 star graded property situated in the heart of the pretty town of Fishguard, this charming terraced coastal townhouse, which has been exquisitely renovated, offers a wonderful base for a memorable Pembrokeshire holiday.
With an abundance of flair and style, touches of pretty pink and contrasting grey, no expense has been spared in creating this enchanting holiday home, sleeping eight in five bedrooms. The gorgeous accommodation is spread over three floors, accessed via a turning staircase and is the ideal choice for larger families or friends wishing to holiday together.
Leading off the elegant hallway are two luxurious sitting-rooms, one of which has an open fire, which is perfect for cosy evenings in and fireside catch-ups. The sleek contemporary kitchen is the holiday chef’s heaven, with the open plan dining-area a wonderful space for get togethers after a fun day exploring. The piece de resistance is the tasteful main bedroom on the second floor, a relaxing haven with its own en suite bathroom and roll top bath. A further family bathroom is located on the first floor.
Whilst there is no garden, the attractive patio makes a great spot for al fresco dining, star gazing and relaxing after the perfect Pembrokeshire day.
Within easy walking distance you will find all this quaint fishing town has to offer; independent coffee shops and cafes galore, bespoke shops, art galleries and several pubs. A short drive away is Newport, nestling at the foot of Carn Ingli, with an array of eateries to satisfy all tastes.
For those who enjoy walking, the property is just two minutes from the iconic Pembrokeshire Coast Path and only five minutes' walk to the nearest beach (Goodwick). Nearby, are Abermawr and Aberbach and the many glorious beaches found along the rugged coastline of north Pembrokeshire, also within easy driving distance are the magnificent St David’s Cathedral and spectacular beaches of the St David's peninsula.
For surfers it's a must to ride the waves at Whitesands and Newgale, or you may like to try coasteering at Abereiddy (The Blue Lagoon). The Sloop or The Shed at Porthgain offer the best fish and chips, which of course have to be eaten hot and fresh straight from the wrapper whilst sitting on the beach in the evening sun. All in all, Pink Door at 54 is the ideal base for a great holiday in Pembrokeshire.
