Tucked away in a prime cliffside position, with views that stretch out across the shimmering waters of Mousehole and as far as the eye can see along the west Cornish coast, Polvellan Heights promises an unforgettable stay. Nestled into the cliffs, sharing the unique location with three other apartments, discover captivating sea views, stylish interiors, a fantastic outside space and a laid-back coastal vibe - which is sure to leave you feeling truly relaxed.

Sleeping four very lucky guests, this gorgeous apartment is the ideal choice for a family holiday or a getaway with a group of friends. Reached via several flights of steps (but oh so worth it for that view) arrive, step inside and walk along the hallway to discover the rather special open plan living space, with a fabulously modern kitchen for rustling up delicious meals to enjoy around the dining-table and a Nespresso machine for coffee lovers. The lovely sofa and comfortable armchair make for a wonderful spot to sit back, relax and take in the spellbinding sea views. Polvellan Heights has been thoughtfully decorated with lots of stylish touches throughout.

The two bedrooms are simply gorgeous. Bedroom one is a lovely king room decorated in calming blue tones, which pair up perfectly with your seaside location, and bedroom two is a cute 'zip and link' room which can be made up as a double or twins. After a day of exploring the Cornish coast and enjoying that fresh sea air, sinking into these comfortable beds will be a real treat! The oh so lovely family bathroom is perfect for a well-deserved, leisurely soak at the end of the day.

Head outside, and you might find it hard to leave your fabulous terrace area. With simply magical panoramic views, you're sure to spend many hours gazing out to sea perched at your private bar, enjoying long, lazy and sunny tapas lunches with the most fabulous backdrop and taking the time to relax with an evening tipple as the sun goes down.

Mousehole is probably one of the best-known Cornish fishing villages, made famous by its Christmas lights which draw spectators from across the world, and the lovely children's book The Mousehole Cat which tells the tale of why those lights came into being. Among all the pretty towns and villages of west Cornwall, Mousehole still feels the most authentic.

Around this area there are many wonderful walks. The coastal path to Lamorna is one of the prettiest you will find anywhere in Cornwall. There is also a good bus service from the village which can help you explore the area as well. The open top bus is a fun experience from Newlyn taking you all around the peninsula.

A short walk away (one and a half miles to be exact) you will come to Newlyn, with its bustling fishing port. Newlyn is fantastic to visit at any time of year and is helped by some rather fabulous eateries including Mackerel Sky, a laid-back wine bar serving the most delicious fish dishes, the Tolcarne Inn with its Michelin starred chef and the amazing cinema 'The Newlyn Filmhouse'. Created from an old fish merchant's store you could be forgiven for thinking you're in a city, with the fantastic bar and gorgeous eclectic interiors.

If you can try and take in a trip to the world famous Minack Theatre, dramatically perched on the cliffs above Porthcurno, it's well worth a visit and even more magical if you can see a production or concert whilst there, but don't forget to take a warm snuggly blanket as it can get very chilly.

Oozing with style and charm, Polvellan Heights provides modern living in timeless surroundings, and is the perfect choice for a couple or small family looking for coastline fun, within walking distance of the village and sea.
