Welcome to Pheasant Cottage, a cute as a button Cornish cottage nestled in a rather lovely location close to the village of Stithians. Perfect for two, this dog-friendly retreat is a wonderful spot to whisk your favourite person away, at any time of the year.

Step inside to find your cosy and welcoming getaway. The beautiful kitchen is ideal for cooking up delicious holiday meals, with a lovely dining space to enjoy them. The bijou sitting-room is just gorgeous, with its beamed ceilings and cottage charm, and promises those well-deserved relaxing evenings after a day of exploring. Light the wood-burner, pour a glass of your favourite tipple and sink into the squishy sofa and listen to your favourite tunes on the mini Hi-fi with Bluetooth and USB connection thoughtfully provided for your enjoyment. You'll also find the shower-room on the ground floor, decorated in calming, coastal blue tones.

Head upstairs to discover the wonderfully restful double bedroom, styled in pretty pastel colours and sure to provide a restorative night's sleep - ready for tomorrow's adventures. Outside there is a lovely sunny patio; a lovely space to soak up the Cornish sunshine and enjoy your morning coffee or supper, or simply spend an hour or two relaxing with your chosen holiday read.

And as for the location, it's just perfect for explorers. Located on a side road leading into Stithians, the area's stunning landmarks are within easy reach either by car or by foot. Stithians Lake is right on your doorstep, inviting unforgettable outdoor adventures. There are plenty of water sports to choose from, including kayaking, paddleboarding and windsurfing, and you can also enjoy a leisurely walk around the lake and sunny picnics on the grass. You'll also find the wonderful Wild Vibes Cafe here, ideal for a delicious breakfast or tasty lunch, and coffee and cake too.

Both the north and south coast of Cornwall are within easy reach. You can easily while away a day exploring the cheerful seaside town of Falmouth, with its golden sand beaches, sparkling waters, independent shops and wonderful eateries. Head to the north coast to discover the breathtaking beauty of Gwithian and Godrevy, both fantastic for days at the beach, walks along the sand and spectacular sunsets. Spend an idyllic afternoon exploring St Agnes, with its cute coffee shops, lovely boutiques and fantastic restaurants.

Cornwall is a great place for a dog-friendly holiday with lots of adventures to keep them busy. They'll love long walks along the coast path, playing a game or three of go fetch on a sandy beach and you'll find they're more than welcome in a number of eateries around the county.
