Crisp, natural light filters through the period, double aspect windows while a Smart TV can be found tucked in the corner of the room, providing plenty of entertainment in the evenings as the fire crackles in the background.

The size of the space makes it perfect for sociable family evenings whilst the wooden dining-table is ideal for late lunches and warming dinners. Step up into bedroom one where you will find a luxurious king-size bed sitting in the centre of the room, which is wonderfully furnished with antique furniture and calming tones. Next door you'll find a twin room that is perfect for little ones or adults being 3' beds. A homely family bathroom makes up the first floor, complete with an inviting bathtub (taller guests should note the ceiling is sloping), providing the ideal spot to relax after a long day on the beach or a walk along the coast paths of north Devon.
