This unique reverse level property has three bedrooms, an en suite shower-room and a bathroom on the ground floor and the fabulous living space up above. Step inside to start your five star experience with an Opus sound system providing the radio in every room and bluetooth speaker in the open plan living-room, where the walls are adorned with carefully selected artwork by local Island artist James Lord.
The main bedroom is to the front of the property and has a stylish en suite shower-room. The further two bedrooms are a twin and a double with a family bathroom dividing the two. The top floor living-room with kitchen and dining area is open plan with doors leading out to the shared balcony facing into the inner courtyard. The original bricked curved ceiling has been preserved, with added mood lighting making this room a wonderful place to dine and relax.
The kitchen is equipped with top quality Neff appliances including a freestanding Nespresso machine and wine fridge and everything you could possibly want for the perfect holiday cooking experience. There is a dining-table and chairs for four on the balcony as well as an outdoor sofa.
Situated between Yarmouth and Freshwater on the west coast of the Isle of Wight, the Tap Room is a short drive away from some of the Island's most dramatic scenery. There are beaches aplenty to choose from, from small pebbled bays, perfect for dipping your toes to the large sandy beaches such as Compton on Military Road, ideal for family fun with a bucket and spade.
