With a private patio-area and two glowing wood-burners this charming cottage is the perfect retreat, especially as it’s nestled on the edge of Dartmoor National Park which is a must-do day out.
Exploring the local towns and cities is exceptionally easy as you are only five minutes from the A38. A day out at the beach is also a fabulous option, as within a car drive you have a fantastic selection of south Devon’s sandy beaches at your disposal.
However, you could just spend your holiday relaxing and unwinding in this beautiful area.
The property is situated in a great location for seeing all that Devon has to offer. The cities of Exeter and Plymouth have an array of attractions and entertainment on offer, and the villages of Salcombe, Kingsbridge, Totnes and Dartmouth are also only a short car drive away.
The beauty of this property and its location is that an evening stroll along the river will take you to the local pub where a warm and friendly welcome awaits, what a lovely way to finish your day.
