Rob and Barbara were very helpful and their waterwheel and power generation very impressive. Interesting walks can be found straight from the door, and we enjoyed walks locally and further afield, as well as visiting the coast. Very comfortable, pretty cottage, which has been painstakingly restored by the owners. Based in a good location for exploring South Hams and Dartmoor, and near a pretty part of the river Avon, close to Lydia Bridge within an easy short riverside walk to South Brent. Out hosts were very friendly and helpful, and we appreciated our lovely cake on our arrival....
