Set right on the water and as near as you can get to being on a boat without leaving dry land, this is a wonderful holiday location. Whizziwig is a stylish and comfortable ground floor apartment, part of the prestigious development of Admiral's Quay.

The spacious sitting/dining-room looks out across the water, busy with boats of all sizes in summer months. There is always something to watch from the windows and balconies: the waterfront bustle at Flushing Quay, the dinghies and yachts at the neighbouring Royal Cornwall Yacht Club or the little ferries sailing from the nearby Prince of Wales Pier.

Falmouth's eclectic mix of restaurants, wine bars, galleries and shops are a short walk down the hill, all waiting to be explored.

Whizziwig is perfect for those who like to sit and relax while taking in the wonderful water views. The apartment is warm and comfortable with double doors opening from the sitting/dining-room to the well-equipped kitchen.

There are private parking spaces right next to the apartment, with only a few steps up to the front door, so access is easy for those with more limited mobility, and the elegantly furnished apartment makes it as pleasurable to stay in and relax as it is to go out and explore. There is plenty to do around town and beyond; take a ferry to Truro, St Mawes or along the scenic Helford River, where beautiful gardens at Trebah and Glendurgan are a delight to explore.

Wander through the town and walk around Pendennis Head, an isthmus of land pointing out into Falmouth Bay. The coastal footpath follows the coast past beaches at Gyllyngvase, Swanpool and Maenporth before dipping down into the sheltered Helford valley, all wonderful places to visit.
