KingWem House with its sea views is in a truly exceptional location just above the safe sandy Porthcurnick Beach. Converted from an old farm building this detached cottage is immaculately presented and equipped to a very high standard and with a wood-burner effect electric stove in the light and airy living-room, this is a super cottage to stay in at any time of year.
When the sun is shining, the fully enclosed patio with potted plants is a lovely spot for some dining ’al fresco’ and the small fishing village of Portscatho with its shops, pubs and restaurants is a ten minute coastal walk away.
With stunning views over to Nare Head and Gull Rock, Wem House is a super property and is situated only 150 yards away from the National Trust coastal path with its many secluded coves and spectacular panoramic views along the way.
