TwinOriginally the village chapel, Sunday House West has been sympathetically converted. Imaginatively designed and furnished to a high standard, this impressive property is situated in the centre of Gerrans, just a short walk from the harbour and beach.
The three bedrooms are set on the ground floor and a spiral staircase leads up to the open plan living area which has wooden floors and spectacular arched windows, along with a Smart TV and Netflix so you can catch up on your favourite box sets. Sofas flank the roaring wood-burner and the dining-area has a large antique pine dining-table. A further spiral staircase leads up to the mezzanine.
There is a patio in front and a small area of lawn outside for guests to enjoy al fresco eating.

Take care on the spiral staircases. The stair-gates are bespoke and fixed to the spiral staircases, so therefore cannot be moved. The wood-burner can be temperamental in easterly winds.
