TwinWindsong is situated on the first floor of a small block of superb modern gated apartments designed to take full advantage of the stunning views of Porthminster beach, St Ives harbour and Godrevy Lighthouse. Sleeping four lucky guests, this property combines contemporary design with traditional elegance, offering a luxurious coastal lifestyle, with breathtaking panoramic views.
The heart of the apartment is the open plan living space flowing effortlessly onto a spacious terrace capturing memorising sea views and allowing the natural light, for which St Ives is famous for, to fill the interior. The terrace is a tranquil retreat, have your binoculars with you to see the bustling harbour, fishing boats passing by and maybe spot a seal.
The kitchen is fitted with the latest appliances, and has a layout that maximises efficiency whilst offering a clean and streamlined appearance. Dine in or out, this kitchen has everything for an aspiring chef to happily feed the party.
Bedroom 1 has elegant furnishings that bring warmth and character, with a huge armchair to sink into and admire the tropical gardens and azure waters of the Cornish coastline. Fall out of bed and step into an en suite with floor to ceiling tiling and a luxury power shower. Bedroom 2 has twin beds offering extreme comfort and privacy. The nearby family bathroom is sleek and fully equipped with a bath and shower combination, high end finish modern lighting and ample space.
A private parking space is allocated to Windsong, so convenient to explore all St Ives has to offer on foot. From the property you can access Porthminster beach for a morning dip, or head in the opposite direction to the long stretch of sand at Carbis Bay.
Don't stop there, the far west of Cornwall is full of adventures, pack a picnic and head to Porthcurno for a dramatic night under the stars at the Minack Theatre. Walk the causeway following the path of ancient monks to historical St Michaels Mount in Marazion. Catch the open top bus from Penzance all the way to Land's End to appreciate the combination of land and sea, or simply pass the time visiting the pretty fishing villages of Newlyn and Mousehole, chat to the fishermen, taste the best homemade ice cream at Jelberts and listen to the tales of smugglers and secret coves.
