There are glorious views over the fields and woods of Trethevey Farm from the glass-fronted, south-facing, open plan living-room of this gorgeous contemporary barn conversion. Adjoining the beautiful Luxulyan Valley, a World Heritage Site, this is a wonderful location for walkers and wildlife lovers. A circular route through the owner's woods, complete with bird watching hides and benches, is perfect for leisurely strolls and dog walking, and with miles more woodland trails to explore even the heartiest walkers and mountain bikers are catered for. If you want that perfect blend of coast and countryside, then Snuggledown is a great choice as the beaches, coastal walks and pretty waterside towns and villages along south coast, are the shortest of drives away.

The truly lovely owner, together with Trethevey (944), are your only neighbours, ensuring peace, tranquility and a warm welcome, with a cream tea awaiting guests on arrival. For a perfect multi-generational holiday, why not book Snuggledown and Trethevey together?

Snuggledown is a wonderfully cosy, peaceful retreat whatever time of year you visit. Inside this detached, single-storey cottage the lovely views from the spacious sitting-area are shared by the bedroom, so relaxing with a morning cup of tea in bed is a must. The bathroom has a double-ended bath and under-floor heating, so no danger of chilly toes!

This lovely cottage is ideally placed for exploring much of Cornwall; For gardening enthusiasts, a trip to the Eden Project is a must, not forgetting The Lost Gardens of Heligan and Lanhydrock Estate (National Trust) as well. For some fun on two wheels, Lanhydrock has a great network of cycling routes for all abilities and for a really leisurely ride, join the renowned Camel Trail at Bodmin and cycle out to Wadebridge and then onto Cornwall's culinary capital, Padstow, on the north coast.

In the picture perfect sailing town of Fowey, wander the narrow streets and browse the boutique shops and galleries, stopping off for some refreshments at one of the many eateries on offer and nostalgic Charlestown, where tall ships are moored in the tiny harbour, conjures images of bygone days.
