Far reaching views over stunning countryside and the distant sea can be enjoyed from this gorgeous country retreat.

Little Trebarvah has been thoughtfully converted to make the most of the outlook with wide windows in the open plan living space on the first floor and it is surrounded by lush farmland where Dexter cattle and Shetland sheep graze.

Arriving along the pretty lane you will immediately feel your stresses float away; the open plan living-room has fabulous wooden beams giving a sense of space and freedom, where you can relax on the sofas in front of the wood-burner or enjoy a bountiful meal around the table. The friendly owners and their family, who live on site, can even provide you with some delicious home-grown beef if you wish to try it and organic vegetable boxes.

The two bedrooms and family bathroom are on the ground floor where you enter the property, ideal for dropping off your bags. The lovely patio is a real sun-trap, stretch out and relax on a sun lounger or enjoy an al fresco meal. The enclosed parking and garden is also the perfect spot for your dog to have a good run around.

There is a handy laundry-room outside the property which is the perfect place for storing bikes or drying wet beach towels or muddy walking boots. Little Trebarvah is semi-detached and adjoins a small property occasionally used by friends.

From this lovely cottage you can easily access the wonderful scenery and estuaries around the pretty Helford River and explore the craggy coves and spectacular sites of the Lizard peninsula.

With pretty gardens at Trebah and Glendurgan, the Maritime town of Falmouth and Cathedral City of Truro also only a short drive away, and a wide choice of places to eat serving locally-sourced produce, a visit to Little Trebarvah opens up the sights, sounds and tastes of this wonderful part of Cornwall.
