Originally a working dairy, this spacious, detached house stands up a narrow country lane within enclosed grounds, with plenty of room over the lawn and patios to let off steam.
The interior of the Dairy is sympathetic to its origins, with comfortable sofas surrounding the multi-burner and a farmhouse dining-table big enough to accommodate all. Upstairs are four bedrooms, three of which enjoy views to ‘the Mount’. Let’s just say that Tolver Dairy provides all the comforts of home – with a view.
For those Cornish drizzle days, a separate games-room offers shelter with table-tennis, darts and a full-size pool table.
