The kitchen/diner leads through to the sitting-rooms, the stairs to the bedrooms and a front door out to the porch.

Both sitting-rooms have warming wood-burners.

The stairs lead to the bedrooms and family bathrooms, please take care on the stairs.

The second sitting-room has a large corner sofa for everyone to fit on.

This lovely bedroom is so peaceful (bedroom 1).

Pretty views out over the trees, maybe you might hear the hoot of an owl.

There is even space for a hot tub if you wanted to hire one (please ask the office for more details).

Enjoy walking or cycling along the old tramway right outside your front door and find views like this, or get on your paddleboard and explore the waterways.

Loe beach is only a short drive away and is a great spot to launch boats, hire water sports equipment or even for a swim followed by a hot chocolate from the cafe.

Take the King Harry Ferry over the river Fal.
