Fantastic house for a New Year’s holiday with extended family. Lots of space for everyone, well equipped kitchen and en suite bedrooms for all the adults. The location is beautiful- lovely rural outlook but easy to get to the coast, and a great garden which I imagine would be lovely in the summer. Would definitely recommend Lexhayne Mill and would love to stay again....

We stayed at Lexhayne Mill with our Children and grandchildren. Everyone had a great time and loved the property and location. Very comfortable and clean with ample facilities. The bedrooms were all large and beds and Linen were very good quality. We felt like it was a home from home. The garden and surrounding countryside were beautiful and well kept. Well located for visiting areas like Beer, Seaton, Lyme Regis and Sidmouth as well as lots of country and coastal walks. Garden is enclosed so it was great for the Dogs to run around. Would love to go back. ...
