St Ives harbour is a hop, skip and a jump away. (or a two minute walk)
Venture down to the harbour and watch the fishing boats bobbing away.
Porthminster beach is a ten minute walk away.
St Ives has many hidden beaches, all waiting to be discovered.
The bustling town of Penzance is a twenty minute drive away. Spend the day exploring the local antique shops and maybe pick up some freshly caught fish from the local market at Newlyn.
Take a visit to Porthleven. A laid back town with some fabulous restaurant's.

A very comfortable cottage in a really convenient location. The cottage had everything we needed and was so well placed for the town and and the beaches. We had a lovely week here. Would definitely come back.

Do not normally write reviews but feel in this instance was needed. We gave this property 2/5 stars. Pros 2 Kelly's Garden is in the heart of St Ives. The location is great, it is within walking distance of the bars, restaurants, shops and the beaches. Very easy to catch a bus or train. The property decor and furnishing are nice. Cons The cleanliness of the property was just very poor and could not use many of the kitchen appliances and crockery due to this. The beds were uncomfortable, The mattress and mattress protector in main bedroom were dirty . Due to these issues overall felt the property was not value for money. ...
