The approach to Leat Mill Cottage is over the small bridge and down beside the river.
This is the lane down to the river and the cottages beyond. A short walk along here takes you into the main village.
Locally known for excellent food is The Arundell Arms in the village, a bit of a hill to get to it but downhill all the way home.
Another lovely view of Brentor church in the distance.
Within walking distance is a good pub.

We thought this was an exceptionally lovely cottage which was well equipped with everything in working order. It was a pleasure to spend time in this cosy environment! Located in a most peaceful, tranquil setting, Leat Mill Cottage is the perfect place to relax. Ideally placed to explore Devon and Cornwall, or to simply enjoy excellent local walking or, as did my son and I, some of Devon's best fishing! The owners are open and friendly but this does not compromise respecting their guests' privacy and solitude. A beautiful place, and one I intend to return to at the first opportunity....
