An excellent property with fabulous views, fully equipped in a beautiful location. We was lucky enough to have some nice sunrises in November, then see the sun set towards Falmouth. It is ideally placed to visit some of the gardens and National Trust properties in the South West, all so to use the various ferries and different places to eat. St Mawes is my favourite place in the South West....

From the moment we walked in the front door of Bennerley House we loved it, especially how clean it was. The beautiful decor & the balcony over looking the sea topped it all, sitting outside first thing with a cup of coffee & later with a glass of Prosecco pure paradise! ...

Lovely, comfortable house in a fabulous location with luxurious touches throughout. Very well equipped which made cooking easy, so often not the case in holiday rental properties. We were aware of the bakers in the morning but it didn’t cause us a problem. The views from the house and balcony were incredible, so lovely to be so close to the sea. ...
