We spent a most delightful week at Pengelly Manor. It was the ideal place for us to get together as a family with lots of space inside and out. Everything had been thought of. House was well stocked with crockery, cutlery and utensils, lots of storage in the kitchen. Welcome goodies were such a lovely touch. A lovely place to stay, especially over Christmas in a location that was close enough to home to be convenient but remote enough to feel like a holiday. Really did feel like Christmas at the Manor!

Lovely house and garden with magnificent mature trees and sense of wildness and silence. Very therapeutic. Well equipped with full sized pool table. Sense of history of the place is strong with flagged floors and well equipped kitchen with electric Aga. Weather was dreadful for our stay so games and log fires, which was lovely. Undiscovered Cornwall away from mass tourism....
