A very nice spacious property, exactly as seen on the pictures. It is on a small housing estate, but convenient for Bigbury on sea, Kingsbridge and other nice places to visit, being almost midway between Plymouth and Dartmouth. There is also a small convenience store in the village of St Ann's Chapel which is very useful for things you may have forgotten at the supermarket....
