Mr Colski April 2024

A lovely cottage in an excellent location, comfortable, well equipped and homely. Very welcoming with a cream tea and flowers waiting for us on arrival.

Mrs Daniels March 2024

Lovely property in the heart of very friendly St Agnes. Just a few steps to plenty of local shops, butcher, bakery, deli, grocers, gift shop etc - all supplying a great range of local produce. We can thoroughly recommend the Seafood Deli for a very relaxed, delicious evening meal and the Tap House for good value and interesting lunchtime food. Sorting Office for great coffee. Lots of interesting and varied walks from the door - we only used the car twice all week. The utility room is perfect for hanging up wet coats and drying off soggy four legged friends! The cottage is tastefully decorated with luxury bedding and furnishings. Happy to recommend!...

Mr Appleby May 2024

We had a lovely stay at No 7 Churchtown, such a convenient location tucked just off the main centre of St Agnes, so nice and close to shops, pubs and great cafes, but still only a 15 min walk to the beach at Trevaunance Cove. Fab 2 level garden meaning you can soak up the sun at different times of the day. Parking on the main village car park was easy via the RingGo app....

MS Barber June 2024

This is a beautifully renovated terrace house, right in the centre of St Agnes. Very clean, warm, comfortable and well equipped. There is no parking, just about possible to drop off car outside long enough to unpack and repack, so be prepared to use the main St Agnes carpark, a five minute walk away. £3.00 covered parking overnight til 10am or free overnight until 7am. Due the location we found it noisy in the evenings. The St Agnes hotel, almost next door, is very busy with people drinking outside in the evenings, sometimes til late when it can get very loud. The weather wasn’t great, so imagine it’s even busier in the main summer season on fine evenings. Early morning deliveries also woke us up sometimes. Advice would be to bring ear plugs unless you don’t mind the noise. This aside, it’s a great location, as you can walk anywhere within lovely St Agnes itself, including down to the beach. Wonderful coastal walks too and Chapel Porth, another gem, just around the corner. There’s a fabulous pizza takeaway, the best we’ve ever had, and a great seafood restaurant almost next door. Excellent other eateries and independent shops. Plenty to see and do for a week in a great part of Cornwall. ...

Mr Fretter November 2023

A beautiful , spacious and well furnished and well equipped cottage in a perfect location in the heart of the lovely St Agnes . Friendly & welcoming neighbours. The cottage is in a great location & we highly recommend The Sorting Office for coffee & cake , St Agnes bakery for bread & pasties . The Tap House for food , The Driftwood Spars for a Sunday roast & all the other local shops & businesses .Managed to park close by during our stay without any issues. One thing we would add about previous reviews is that there was absolutely no noise from the pub & we never heard the cockerel & slept well the whole week . Dogs in the village no issue at all & no sign of any dog mess either. St Agnes is a beautifully kept village . We will definitely be re-booking 7 Churchtown. ...
