The lockable utility-room is just 25 yards from the cottage, this is where you will find the washer/drier and freezer.
This pretty woodland path leads to the garden, do take care on rainy days and remember your wellies.

The sea pool at Bude is perfect for salt water swimmers.

There is little parking in busy times. The cottage lacks privacy due to proximity of neighbours. The impact of lack of adjacent garden is huge on a family holiday

We always try to ensure that the website descriptions and photos help guests to choose the right property for them, so have tried to show as best as possible that you have neighbours, a private garden just 90 yards away, down a little track, and highlighted the closest parking. So we are sorry to hear that that this was not what you had expected. The lack of allocated parking at the property is quite typical in many of the traditional towns and villages here in Cornwall. Having kept a lot of their traditional charm, the roads and cottages were just not designed with today's traffic in mind, but is part of what gives these towns and villages such character. However, Cobble Cottage benefits from being just over 300 yards from a free car park and generally free parking can be found just along the road from the property. And whilst the garden doesn't directly adjoin the property; just a short 90 yards from it, you have a lovely, private, enclosed garden for all the family to enjoy.
