Lovely, quiet location, cosy cottage with a well equipped kitchen. Very nice and attentive owners. The view across the grounds (which include a pond and nearby stables) was nice, even though we weren't lucky with the weather.

The Owners went above and beyond in giving us an absolutely wonderful Christmas stay, including decking out the cottage with a tree, decorations and lights. The Cottage had everything thst you would need, and was very comfortable. Highly recommended....

We have been on an extended working holiday for several months now in a few countries and there have been a lot of sub-par, wildy dissappointing Airbnbs that advertise they are for long term stays but don't even have the basic furnishings you would expect for that purpose - or they technically do but it's broken, or cheap, or ancient. So to come to Denise and Richard's exquisitely outfitted, decorated, and maintained cottage on their idylic property has been beyond anything we were expecting. It finally feels like a home - but with all these wonderful five-star hotel level perks: Fresh baked cookies, travel books, robes, adorable toiletry kits, toilet paper with folded ends. Denise and Richard were so welcoming, communicative, and helpful. The property is secluded but in short driving distance from a number of great restaurants, supermarkets, and the town. You'd need a vehicle, but that's expected. We will definitely return and are so happy to have found this gem! ...
