This property absolutely deserves to be a 5* but we give 3* because the beds were so hard and impacted on our rest and relaxation. It is a bright, light property, well equipped and excellently located. Great for a large group / family - with facilities and space enough that you are not on top of one another. We're delighted to see that the house offered a good location for your family get-together. Thank you so much for your observations on the beds - it really is very difficult to find something that suits everyone, so the owners have chosen to provide a couple of different options. The first floor double is a medium/firm rated mattress and the ground floor double is a firm rating.
