The views from this cottage are spectacular and I loved watching the boats out at sea from the comfort of my bed! Close to the steps down to the beach for your morning swim and in right the centre of st Mawes. Super comfy beds and plenty of space for indoor and outdoor eating. I totally love this cottage and the location. We have been going for over 40 years so that says it all. The place is cosy yet spacious and full of character. With the beach just across the road it is great for families. Can't wait til we return....

Overall, this is a charming, cosy cottage in a fantastic location but we felt it needed a little bit of updating to make it the luxury experience we’d expect from the photos/description. Classic cottages should make clear that guests have to pay £35 for a week’s parking permit at the car park, which is around a 10 minute walk away....
