Pooks Hill Cottage is such a pretty cottage. There is off street parking with an electric car charging facility. On street parking is available for a second vehicle close to the property.

Pooks Hill Cottage is a delightful, cosy spot for a quiet get away. The pub is 2 mins away, but other than that there isn’t much within close walking distance so a car is a must to explore the area. We enjoyed several walks nearby. It takes about 30-40 mins to walk into Teignmouth. You can make a round trip - through fields one way and back along the sea wall. We can recommend Teign Bean for a great coffee. ...

Lovely quaint cottage in beautiful quiet hamlet location. Cosy lounge with good seating and the bed was so comfortable with a good sized powerful shower. Cottage garden caught the sun in the mornings but in shade in the afternoon. Plenty of everything which made for a very enjoyable stay. Very handy having a pub just yards away from the cottage which served good quality food with friendly staff. Handy location off main road between Dawlish and Teignmouth. ...

This property is very well maintained and equipped but it’s in a very small village with no shops nearby It does have a pub and a church.

Cosy cottage with everything we needed. Very good pub few hundred yards up the road, good location for coastal path walks. Handy local bus service nearby.
