Beautiful cottage!!! Very well equipped, clean and cosy with the lovely wood burner. Additional touches were very much appreciated (Milk, coffee, tea, water, wine, biscuits, lovely flowers and much more). Will definitely stay again in the near future....

A very comfortable property in a delightful setting. Very well equipped. Enjoyed it so much we re-booked before we left. Great local pubs and small, peaceful beaches at both Cawsand and Kingsand. Good local bus service and many interesting places within very easy reach and Plymouth is only a short ferry trip away....

Well equipped cosy cottage in an excellent location. Kingsand and Cawsand are traditional charming Cornish villages with history and amenities. We will certainly return to this area.
