Superb accomodation. Met all our needs. Steve and Hazel were superb hosts. Having the Exeter Inn next door was a fantastic bonus. Food and atmosphere superb every evening. Handy location for the coastal attractions such as Appldore and Instow. Will definitely return for another dose of Devon air and hospitality....

The cottage was pristine; it was spotlessly clean, compact and very well equipped with everything we needed. There was plenty of space for the three of us (although it comfortably sleeps four). Everything was brand new as we were only the third group to have stayed there since it had been refurbished. The owners, who also owned the excellent 'Exeter Inn' right next door were friendly, helpful and made us feel very welcome. We would also highly recommend eating at the 'Exeter Inn' where the food was home cooked and of an excellent standard. We also felt it was reasonably priced with a varied menu. The location is also excellent, within easy reach of all the lovely holiday towns and villages of North Devon and some superb, sandy beaches and coastal walks.
