Well what can I say? We arrived to a lovely welcome from the owners, receiving gifts of Prosecco and cake made by the owner herself. The cake was delicious! This property is finished to a high standard, with comfortable beds and sofa and has everything you will need, even down to a hot water bottle! It’s a perfect location - 2 minutes walk from the beach, (where the dogs can go), and 5 minutes walk in to town, where you will find cafes, pubs and shops. And no hills! There’s little to be disappointed with, I would definitely stay again. ...

Lovely cake left for us thank you, perfect location and lovely property furnished to a very high standard. The parking space is a bit small and rear of car has to sit on double yellow lines. Out of season this may not be an issue but in high season with traffic wardens it may not be so good. Also depends on size of car parked in adjacent Magnolia property....
