Whitsand Bay View has stunning views from all of the main living areas and front garden. We found the steps easy to manage and there's a handrail. The property is very well furnished and fitted out. The housekeeping was excellent. Very comfortable beds. It's well placed for some great coastal walks, we enjoyed the walk into Downderry, a great meal at the Inn on the Shore and the bus trip back to Portwrinkle. Lovely walks around Rame Head, Cawsands and Kingsands. Looe is worth a visit and there's plenty of fresh fish to buy....

Very comfortable and cosy stay here over October half term. Scones were delicious and went down extremely well! Thank you. Beds very comfortable! The only addition would be a coffee machine in the kitchen! Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again....

We enjoyed our stay at Whitsand Bay View very much, beautiful property with great sea view (all the way to Eddystone Lighthouse). Great location and ideal to explore the Rame Peninsula and other areas in East Cornwall.
Mrs Courtney March 2024
Fabulous property with wonderful sea views. Lots of space for everyone. Plenty to see in the local area. The steps up to the property are steep but manageable.

Thanks so much for taking the time to leave a review following your stay at Whitsand Bay View. As you rightly said, there are quite a few steps through the garden to access the property - but we hope that the elevated view made it worthwhile! Lucy, Customer Support...

This is a lovely property with a stunning view just as described. It was lovely standing/sitting on the balcony looking at the sea. It was very clean and extremely well equipped, the beds were very comfortable too. The scones with cream and jam were also a very welcomed surprise! Only nearby amenities are a cafe, pub (which I highly recommend) and a post office, so make sure stock up on supplies. We knew this before we went so were happy to travel to attractions, towns within 40-60 mins drive. Also the beach is very rocky, which is great for crabbing and the sand was like walking on crushed shells so make sure wear the appropriate footwear. Very steep hill to walk up back to accommodation, so will keep you fit!! Could have quite happily spent a few days just relaxing on the decking. ...
