We all enjoyed our stay at Winkle Cottage. It’s a bit of a tardis; looks tiny from the outside but is actually pretty spacious once inside. Very tastefully decorated and nice quality linens. Kitchen is small but has everything you need. Great location in central Cowes. No parking outside but usually found a space around a 5 minute walk away. We visited Carisbrooke Castle and the Steam Railway - really enjoyed both. ...

We had a lovely 4 night stay at sweet little Winkle Cottage. It is in a terrific location for Cowes, just a short stroll from the shops, restaurants and sea front. Simple but stylish decor and very adequate for our needs. We would definitely stay again if we come to Cowes. (N.B. Don';t forget your slippers as the wood floors look good but are a bit hard!)...
