Prynn's House was perfect for our family of seven plus baby. We loved everything about it. Often places don't have enough seating for families of our size but we all fitted comfortably into the main lounge and the dining table was big enough for us all. The outside space was fabulous (wish we had brought some apples home!). Table tennis tournaments were a daily occurrence. Having the village shop within a stones throw was brilliant. We were slightly worried beforehand that it might be noisy with the pub next door (especially as we arrived on bank holiday weekend). But no worries about that at all. All the equipment that you might need (even down to buckets and spades for the beach!) Best holiday cottage we have been to in a long time - possibly ever! We didn't want to leave....

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Prynn’s House. The location was excellent as it is not an area of Cornwall we have visited before. Lovely walks around Lerryn. The creek provided daily entertainment if it wasn’t children paddling it was dogs enjoying the water. There was always something happening be it kayaks paddleboards or small boats. And when the sun shone the garden at Prynn’s House was idyllic, peaceful and quiet. Great holiday. ...

Beautiful character cottage, loved the decor and the wonderful garden. Location was excellent for exploring the area. Local shop great for supplies, and cream teas!
