We love this cottage - the garden is amazing and the main attraction but the house is also very comfortable and full of character. Stunning garden with beautiful views. Well equipped and fun things to do - table tennis, trampoline and a pub right next door. Lerryn is a hidden gem as it somehow manages to be peaceful and lively at the same time. The estuary gives the place a different feel every day, attracting kayakers, cyclists and a lot of dog walkers. We have completely fallen in love with the village and beautiful house and garden....

This is a lovely cottage. It is well equipped with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. Lerryn is so pretty and there are many walks from the cottage. It is also well situated to get to Fowey, Looe, Polperro, Bodmin Moor and many other places of interest. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. ...

A lovely cottage in a superb location. The living space is quite small and only seating for 5 in the sitting room which is a shame. Beautiful garden which we thoroughly enjoyed.

Prynns House is a very comfortable stay in the beautiful and peaceful riverside village of Lerryn. There are great walks direct from the house and the garden enjoys a superb view over the river. Lerryn is near Looe, Polperro and Fowey. We would definitely recommend it....
