Property is great and in a brilliant location with 2 minute walk to the fantastic St. Mawes bakery and several good restaurants as well as a small co-op. The view from the living room and main bedroom was amazing - straight across the bay to St.Anthony's head. Could see cormorants ; rowers and the Falmouth ferry from the windows as well as the sea. Waking up to the super sunrise as hearing the waves lapping up to the seawall was lovely. The living room and kitchen were very comfortable and well equipped. The beds were also good though the pillows a bit soft for us. The bathroom and shower room were excellent and it was good to get a 'proper' sized bath sheets ! The decor was very good. Only area for improvement would be to have move info on equipment/consumables supplied- for example it would have been good to know there was an Nespresso machine so we could have brought capsules from home and to have known that loo rolls; dishwasher tablets etc were supplied so we didn't need to bring them....
