Lovely and peaceful location. Next to a river with outdoor seating to appreciate the surroundings with a glass of wine or cup of tea. Walking distance to the village pub and shops. Central location for exploring Dartmoor and Devon’s coastline. Owners were lovely and had a homemade delicious cake waiting for us on arrival....

The cottage is lovely and feels very opulent. It is situated in a lovely quiet area next to the river. We had a lovely week exploring the surrounding area and towns. South Brent village is in walking distance and has a couple of good convenience stores, including the village store, which even had home made gluten free products....

Beautiful cottage. Yummy cake on arrival! Lovely walk for fish and chips along the stream. Great beaches nearby.
