A fantastic apartment, so light and bright and comfortable, with all the equipment you could ever need. It would have been useful to know there was a tumble drier and clothes horse ahead of time as I could have packed lighter (instead it felt like we packed everything but the kitchen sink!). We had the most wonderful stay at 1 St Joseph's and felt at home in the beautiful apartment. The beds were all super comfy, views from the kitchen and sitting room to die for and perfect location for exploring Bonchurch and Ventnor by foot. The welcome note waiting for us was full of tips and warmth. And the bookcase had a better reading selection than our local library. It helped that I was half way through 'Lucky Jim' at home and hadn't brought it with us. Could not believe it when I saw it sitting there nestled amongst a few other Penguin classics. I can’t recommend this accommodation enough, the apartment is beautifully decorated and so well equipped. There are lovely views of the sea and it is a perfect base for a lovely holiday.

Absolute Gem of a property- superbly equipped and well looked after home. Easy distance to the town and beach ( obviously hills to navigate as it’s Ventnor) and the Flat is in a quiet residential area with the benefit of private parking.
