The spacious and family-friendly bathroom is perfect for washing away the daily build-up of sand and sun cream.

Bedroom 3 is rather special as it opens up alongside the pool. Roll out of bed and straight into your swimwear.

Nothing like an early morning dip to get the day off to a great start.

The poolside games-room/snug is a fabulous room to chill out in. Equipped with a soundbar and Xbox, this is the perfect entertainment for the younger members of the party. (Please note, the TV is for gaming use only).

The first floor houses this fabulous family room, sleeping four. Home to two single beds and a king-size 'zip and link' bed which can be made up as twins if preferred, this spacious room is perfect for spreading out and making yourself at home.

The outside balcony is really special, offering possibly the best seat in the house.

Looking across to Burgh Island which is home to the famous Art Deco hotel. You can walk to the island during low tide and during high tide you can catch a ride on the sea tractor.

You will never tire of this stunning view.

From the bottom tier of the garden you get a great feel for how close you are to the beach. Only a mere 100+ steps down to your private access.

There are so many fabulous beaches to explore nearby, like this beach at Blackpool Sands.

The World War II Sherman tank at Slapton Sands is worth a visit.

Stunning Dartmoor is just a 30 minute drive away.

Sunnynook is excellent, thoroughly recommend! Beach walks are a must with the tide out. Make sure you pop over to Burgh Island. Lots of national trust in the area and things to do. Enjoy.
