We had a wonderful week in Sunnynook. The weather was mixed yet every day was special, either looking out of the 'television' window at the amazing kite surfers (arguably the best view you could get of the sea's activites) or down the convenient staircase straight down onto the beach! The house is well equipt, spacious, warm and luxury. Utterly amazing, I'd recommend to anyone who wants a truly special week in a great location; quiet enough for the feeling of seclusion yes close enough for freindly walks convenience of shops and restaurants....

Amazing property, exceeded all expectations ! We loved every minute of our holiday, especially the views and the swimming pool. Very family friendly and superbly equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable and care free stay. The beach is a stones throw away and lots to do in the surrounding area. We enjoyed "sunnynook villa" every minute of our holiday in South Devon. Thrilled by the outstanding location, the great view and the superb equipment, we spent more time at the house than originally planned. It is ideal for a big family or like us (two families from Germany) with teenager children. Enough space for everbody. Very supportive staff, in case we needed something. This property is perfect for our family get together. Trying to suit three generations can be difficult but because there was plenty of space we never felt crowded. The heated swimming pool was used everyday and it was also nice that the younger generations could hide themselves away in the games room occasionally. The views from the large picture windows are stunning and will be sorely missed....

This is an absolutely stunning property which more than lived up to our expectations. The views are stunning, the pool was warm, the living area is vast and beautiful. It's very expensive but really worth it for a special occasion. Only downside is that the WiFi is pretty much non-existent....
