Our stay at Pound Cottage totally exceeded our expectations. The Cottage was more spacious than anticipated and very homely making our well waited break after Covid restrictions very enjoyable. Both Di and Mike gave us a lovely welcome with a Cream Tea waiting for us on arrival which was much enjoyed. The Cottage location proved to be excellent with many places of interest being easily visited with pretty floral Cottage villages on route. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will certainly bear Pound Cottage in mind to visit once again when in the location....

Pound Farm Cottage is a lovely country cottage set in a very peaceful and rural area, we enjoyed our stay there. The cottage has everything you could need for a comfortable stay and nice private outdoor space. It was spotlessly clean. There are plenty of walks nearby and the coast is 30 - 40 minutes drive but well worth it! The Dorset Coast Path has some stunning scenery, especially on the Tyneham Ranges (but check the opening times!). Minterne House Gardens are close by and well worth a visit, especially in May/June when the rhododendrons are in flower. And Cerne Abbas is always worth a trip. ...
