Praa Sands is stunning and it is easy to explore Cornwall from this great location.

The position right next to the water and just off the high street is fantastic. If you have more than a medium sized car forget this apartment. Parking is via a very narrow tunnel. If there are cars parked on the double yellow lines opposite (there were for us every day) you have to do a three point turn in the middle of the road to line up with the entrance. The apartment is not large but the owner has made it seem smaller by all the furniture in it. For example lounge has 5 sets of drawers in it. The bedrooms have so much furniture you have to shuffle to get round the beds. If you want to sit and have a quiet read in the evening you might be out of luck. Even with the 4 wall lights and 5 lamps on it is not a well lit room. As the walls are not thick you can easily hear the people in the apartments either side and above moving about and talking....

We aim to offer a wide range of properties that we hope will meet the different budgets, differing requirements and individual tastes. We always try to ensure that the photos and descriptions are accurate, so we do hope that this was what you had expected. We agree the parking space is a little tight and have advised the access is not suitable for 4x4s, however I'm sorry to hear this was made worse with the cars parked on double yellows. Whilst apartments can come with a risk of hearing some noise from adjoining properties, this is not something that has been raised as an issue previously, we would hope that what you experienced was a one-off, I hope it did not affect your stay and we will closely monitor future feedback. The Pierhouse house was the perfect location for us and we thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay. Central to all amenities, yet once you enter the property it was peaceful and calm. It's a joy to sit on the patio looking at the beautiful view which changes throughout the day, and watch the world go by, also being able to sit upstairs looking out of the window when the weather isn't so good (although we were very fortunate during our stay). Everything you can possibly require is provided, and the parking is a real bonus. There is absolutely nothing negative that we can say, for us it was a wonderful stay Finally we have to say thank everyone at Classic Cottages, it was a pleasure to book with you, from our initial enquiries to actually booking our holiday everything was dealt with in a friendly and professional manner....

Great location with lovely views and very well-equipped with everything you need and more! There's no need to use your car once you're there as shops, restaurants, boat trips and buses etc are all easily accessible.

This is a lovely, well-equipped property and very convenient for the town facilities as well as having easy access to a variety of nearby beaches by car. (It has its own parking space which is adequate for small to medium sized cars.) Even on a rainy day to be able to sit in the lounge and watch the boats on the water is a pleasure and having a small waterside garden for outdoor eating in the sun is an added bonus. We plan to return for our third visit....
