Great location, everything on-site or to-hand, no need to venture out (provided you take your own food, although the owners did say 'takeaways' knew the location!). Alternatively, the glorious coastline is only a short(ish) drive away.

The property is fantastic, certainly the cleanest cottage we have ever arrived at. It is well equipped, the space is well planned, the fittings and furniture high quality and well maintained. The shower is amazing (we live in a hard water area!) Laura & Tim (the owners) were welcoming, chatted when we had the opportunity, but (and this is the important bit) were in no way intrusive. The beautiful Golitha Falls are just a short drive away, we found Seaton beach lovely, and the stunning fishing village of Polperro is also a short drive: try the Three Pilchards for a warm welcome and great food at Polperro, and also The Plough at Duloe; again fantastic service, and a great Sunday roast. ...

A thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing stay at this lovely cottage. The cottage was extremely comfortable and well equipped with the bonus of the conservatory. There are some narrow lanes on the approach to the cottage. If you stick to the route given, then the sightlines are good, there are plenty of passing places and it is well worth the drive. In these Socially distanced times, Laura and Tim and the dogs were friendly and welcoming hosts and always had time for a chat. ...
