The pretty fishing town of Looe. Enjoy some traditional seaside fun, try your hand at shark fishing or indulge in a fish and chip supper on the harbour.
There are some wonderful beaches to discover with stunning scenery.
Lanhydrock House, gardens and parkland makes for a great day out whether learning about the history of the house, admiring the gardens, wandering the parkland or taking to two wheels.

We felt that the particular care has been taken with the cleanliness and hygiene precautions required because of the pandemic. The cottage completely met our expectations. This is somewhere very special and rural, where it is possible to escape and enjoy tranquility. Very peaceful, lovely views across the open countryside, we did not see any deer but evidently they are quite often seen in the field at the back of the cottage, wonderful bird song and very inquisitive squirrels!!

Great location, everything on-site or to-hand, no need to venture out (provided you take your own food, although the owners did say 'takeaways' knew the location!). Alternatively, the glorious coastline is only a short(ish) drive away.
