The Camel Trail also has amazing views.
You don't have to get back in the car if you don't want to. Explore on foot or bycycle, there is plenty to see and do. Padstow is around a 20 minute walk via the Camel Trail.

Tregwelan Shepherd's Hut was wonderful. The hut itself is comfortable & has everything you could possibly need. So lovely. Alison met us when we arrived to talk through how things worked and gave us recommendations of places to go. We enjoyed the scones, cream & jam - and the wine- made us feel very welcome. Alison & John are genuinely lovely people and fantastic, thoughtful hut unobtrusive hosts. The star of the show is the location; the views over the estuary are fabulous. Sitting outside enjoying the view first thing in the morning over breakfast, or watching the sunset. You can even see it from the comfort of your bed. Absolutely beautiful. Its a 15/ 20 min walk into Padstow along the side if the estuary, then back to peace & quiet. We loved our 4 day break, just what we needed. Thank you....

The Shepherd's Hut is a wonderful place to unwind in peaceful and beautiful surroundings. It is well kitted out and has ample heating to keep it warm and cosy even in early Spring. The views across the estuary are ever changing and stunning in all kinds of weather. It's a beautiful place to just "be"....

Tregwelan Shepherd's Hut is one of our favourite glamping spots. If you want somewhere to get away from the crowds, and wake up in the morning to a stunning view, this could be the place for you. We have stayed here seven times, and have never been disappointed. It will always be in our holiday plans....

We thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing stay in Tregwelan. The property had all the creature comforts one could want and it exceeded our expectations. The location of the property was second to none with its stunning views and being surrounded by nature. We loved waking up to the gentle sound of curlews calling. When we arrived there was a a cream tea waiting and wine in the fridge. The owners really had thought of everything. We will definitely be going back. ...
