The Camel Trail also has amazing views.
You don't have to get back in the car if you don't want to. Explore on foot or bycycle, there is plenty to see and do. Padstow is around a 20 minute walk via the Camel Trail.

This was our third stay at Tregwelan Shepherd’s Hut and we would very much like to visit again. We love everything about it, from the fabulous location with its easy walk into Padstow; the gorgeous view; the attention to detail within the hut and its facilities. The outdoor kitchen is a great addition and provides handy additional storage space as well as an impressive barbecue. Alison and John are very welcoming but also respect guests’ privacy. Wow what an amazing view as you arrive. Certainly not to be missed. The shepherds hut was very well equipped with lots of added little extras. Immaculately clean. Although we didn’t use the BBQ my husband did say it was the cleanest he had seen in a holiday let. Sadly didn’t get to use the fire pit either due to the weather but we could imagine just how nice it would be. The owners greeted us on arrival but were unobtrusive to our stay even though they are next door. ...
