The living-area has a wood-burning stove and the owners provide you with all the logs you will need for your entire stay.
Bedroom one on the ground floor has a double bed and en suite shower-room.
The kitchen-area also has a huge island/breakfast-bar.
Some extra special touches added throughout the barn.
The island in the kitchen is perfect for those pre dinner drinks and nibbles.
The dining-area enjoys the best of the views - that is if you are not eating outside in the fresh air.
The living-area is perfect for relaxing in after a day out and about exploring.
The flagstone flooring and little hallway make this a really practical place to stay with a dog.
Bedroom one is on the ground floor with a double bed, TV and en suite shower-room.

Bedroom two has a king-size bed and views out over the fields and a glimpse of the oldest part of the farmstead at the side.

Great Ash Barn is dog-friendly and surrounded by plenty of walks to keep everyone happy.

Say hi to some of the neighbours! Great Ash Barn is located on a working farm.
You will often see the farm's cows in the field next to the cottage - they are sure to come up and see you too!
Grassy lanes and footpaths lead from the farm into the tranquil countryside. (This is not the track to the farm!)

For over 30 years, we have been taking our holidays in self-catering accommodation. in the UK, Europe and Canada; Great Ash Barn is the best property we have ever stayed in. The cottage was clean and comfortable, with more than adequate equipment, and in a lovely location. The welcome pack was excellent, and much appreciated. Perfect stay away to unwind and relax. Very tranquil and the kids loved getting involved picking up eggs and feeding the farm animals. Would highly recommend.

Steph and Steve went above and beyond making our stay truly special for our children. They we able to cuddle all the animals including chicks, baby rabbits and chickens, Steve took the girls on tractor rides and most special of all they we’re able to bottle feed the calves. The dog shower in the boot room was absolutely fantastic and I was so impressed that the water was a lovely temperature! The kitchen was so well equipped with everything we needed for our stay and there was a brilliant selection of toys to keep all our children from 5-10 entertained.
