Only negative is the fact that you have to have some form of transport to stay at this property, also it is 3/4 mile a long a one track road which would not suit some people. This you need to make people aware off.

Excellent location - very quiet, but very easy to get to coast, Truro, and main road. Cottage was ideal. Great holiday - would definitely return.

A beautiful cottage. Excellently furnished and finished and perfect for exploring Cornwall. A lovely quiet location but only a few minutes from Newquay. I cannot recommend this cottage highly enough.
