The roads to get down to house are very dangerous, people should be aware of this before booking. Wasn’t advertised it was connected onto the owners house. Never got asked if we had a nice stay.

We had a lovely stay at Rosemary cottage, the location was a peaceful excellent base for travelling around Cornwall, and it had a fenced off patio for the dogs, this cottage was ideal for us and we wouldn';t hesitate about booking it again In the future ...

Only negative is the fact that you have to have some form of transport to stay at this property, also it is 3/4 mile a long a one track road which would not suit some people. This you need to make people aware off.

Excellent location - very quiet, but very easy to get to coast, Truro, and main road. Cottage was ideal. Great holiday - would definitely return.
